About Hollins Farm
Hollins Farm is a real working farm. I live and work here with my husband Richard, and our three children.
We have a dairy herd of 220 cattle and we are an approved supplier of milk to one of the large supermarkets.
Hollins Farm is 260 acres of lovely land in the middle of open countryside, just north of Holmes Chapel. It is on the Cheshire Plain, to the east of the county (now part of East Cheshire). It’s a family farm, and we’ve farmed here for 150 years!
We’ve developed a wildlife area and are part of the Environmental Stewardship scheme (what used to be known as the Countryside Stewardship Scheme just a few years ago).
We run several businesses from the farm. Like many farms, we’ve diversified over the years, as farming incomes have waxed and waned. We enjoy welcoming different people to our farm.
